Shipping & Delivery

We deliver BOMEIN T-shirts, hoodies and polos nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 5,000. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days depending on your city. Delays can happen during sales, holidays or bad weather.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you can follow its status any time in your BOMEIN customer account under Orders.

Check your parcel at delivery

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the item is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell the courier and contact us straight away.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something is wrong with your order, you can request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace or return an item if

• it is defective or damaged;
• the print or colour fades or has a printing fault;
• you received the wrong item, size or design.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging, unless the problem is a defect.
• Size exchanges depend on stock availability.
• Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Damage caused after delivery, such as wear, washing mistakes or alterations, is not covered.

How to request a return

1. Open our contact page within 7 days of delivery.
2. Send your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem.
3. We will review your request and tell you the next step.

Refund Policy

This is the BOMEIN refund policy for approved returns.

• Review: we inspect the returned item and confirm whether the refund is approved.
• Timing: approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and check the item.
• Method: refunds go back to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
• Delivery fee: if the problem was our mistake (wrong or faulty item), we also refund the delivery charge and cover the return courier.
• Instead of a refund you can choose a replacement or exchange where stock allows.

Payments & Cancellations

You can pay by cash on delivery. Any other payment methods available are shown at checkout.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number through our contact page. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can still use the returns process above if you are eligible.

If something is not right, we would like to fix it. Contact BOMEIN with your order number and we will reply as soon as possible.

If we are unable to resolve your concern, customers in Punjab can also register a complaint through the government's Punjab consumer complaint portal.
